Canva has grown over the years, with its background remover tools, brand kit management, and variety of other tools. I was able to create this design matching that of the Oregon Trailblazers for a Pro Sports Career Day event, that our students in Washington could attend. I enjoyed the newspaper cutouts, and halftone design aspects.
I've recently begun re-exploring photoshop, and Illustrators abilities to create gifs using the timeline feature, and created relevant content for stakeholders/members to easily acess and attach to their own social content allowing for easy marketing
I've been using Photoshop, Photopea.com, and Photoshop apps, for years allowing me to edit on the go, anywhere anytime from IPhone, to desktop. I have become comfortable finding the balance of vibrance and energy to match the moment, including editing in Camera Raw. This is one of my favorite photos from WIAA State Track and Field of my High School's relay after qualifying for finals in the soaking rain.
I also use photoshops to layer photos and events together, which can then be divided into a grid of squares and posted to create a large scale feed of cohesive images.
Keeping up to date on current trends as they evolve is super important, during my term as a Washington DECA state officer I also made sure to stay connected to current trendy sounds, and events creating short, fun content for members.
During my senior year of HS, I took Multimedia Journalism 2 and began learning more about Premiere Pro branching out from my normal use of Adobe Rush, I now have strengths in green screen, audio, and visual overlays. I hope to soon expand into Adobe After Effects
